A state judge has derailed a developer`s plan to overhaul the vacated Sears site at the Boca Raton Town Center. Judge Samantha Schosberg Feuer ruled that Seritage, which submitted plans to the city to build a commercial enclave called The Collection, violated an agreement with Simon Properties, owner of the majority of the mall, to acquire the land and develop a plan of its own.
